What works is the visual clarity. Each hand has a clear handle for dragging. Segments light up when aligned. The visual feedback teaches the format without text instructions.
Forty levels with progressive difficulty. Late tier requires both hands aligned simultaneously, which forces players to plan rotations rather than try-and-error.
Tested over four Stare Miasto cafe afternoon sessions. Touch drag is the natural input. Mouse-drag also works.
Where the design earns its rating is the time-themed level variety. Some levels need 3:00 alignment; others 6:30; others 9:45. The variety prevents repetition.
Where I would push back is the absence of a continuous-time mode. Players who want to keep solving fresh time-alignments after the campaign have no option.
